Current news from and about Wave In Head:

Here are, as usually once a month, the latest news about Wave In Head.
Meanwhile a lot has happened.
First of all, the final title of the album is confirmed.
The first album will be called “Time To Speak“.

By now the work is almost done, but the album still has to be mastered in Finland.
Furthermore, the release dates of the CD and the MCD are set.
The release date of the MCD “Progress“ will be 06/05/01, “Time To Speak“ will follow on 07/11/01.
We hope that the dates won’t change any more.
The album really will be a smash hit, nearly 60 minutes full of Wave In Head power.
You will find the final tracklist in our next newsletter in May.
If you think that we are relaxing now, you are mistaken.
On the first hand, some remix work for label colleagues and for some other bands is waiting for us just around the corner.
On the other hand, the work on the second MCD will start soon.
Therefore, it is still uncertain, whether Wave In Head are going to perform live before long.
If there is something in planning, you will be informed about it at once.
Furthermore, Wave In Head asked me to tell you the following:
The EP “Rarely” is sold out. Those of you who own one, can be proud to have a real rarity.
Concerning my own homepage: look at the bandpages, where you can find “Final Selection” during April.
I have 5 of their CDs to give away.
If you want to win one of them, you just have to send me a short e-mail to join the competition.
That’s all for today. More news are coming in May.
Until then I probably will know, where the MCD “Progress” and the CD “Time To Speak” will be available in Germany.

Because of current events, here a supplementation from the stardust editorial staff:

WAVE IN HEAD performs live on 06/23/01 in Neubrandenburg (Germany) with Melotron.
Starttime: 9 o´clock in the evening. Location: Wassersportzentrum Neubrandenburg.

To another point: in our Bandportraits, we will introduce the Magdeburgian band Leon Glock next.
Whatever happens - drop in!!!!!!!!!!!!
With Leon Glock we have real new and unknown band this time.

The Stardust has a new staffer! Martina is on board from now. She kindly supports this site with translations and will be responsible for the content of the english part of Stardust! Martina is part of this szene since 1993/94 and is especially interested in electro/synthpop!
